Carver Community Center announces a new chapter of leadership with the appointment of Shari Spicer as Executive Director.
Carver Community Center is excited to welcome Shari Spicer as our new Executive Director. Shari brings a deep commitment to youth development, education, and community building.
Shari's vision for Carver is rooted in the center's historic mission: building on the legacy of our community by promoting education, health, and well-being. Under her leadership, Carver will continue to expand programs, strengthen partnerships, and create new opportunities for Kokomo families.
